Youth speeding along Powder House Lane in Morecambe which is a narrow 20mph zone and intimidates the driver of the vehicle in front by tailgating to extreme. The vehicle in front waits to turn right along Torrisholme a Road but MJ07OBW doesn’t give way and accelerated and speeds off in the Lancaster direction. Could be one of The Vale Estate drivers as they have a bad reputation, especially by Pickthorne Close.
While taking notes, MJ07OBW came speeding back on Torrisholme Road towards Torrisholme overtaking other vehicles so definitely a Vale driver.

Driver filmed in dash cam illegally texting and holding mobile phone in one hand and not 2 hands on steering wheel.
Penalty points and fine sent to driver.
Dash camera evidence uploaded to YouTube, Wytp and Telegraph and Argus.
Driver go to shop buy a magnetic air vent holder for £5.
Now you have £200 penalty

The guy filming might be a cyclist but he’s not on his bike here. He’s on foot, deliberately stood there catching people cutting the corner and/or using his phones. I believe his dad was killed by a drunk driver. He’s a total hero to me.
The van driver is a pathetic coward on the other hand. Surly sixth former almost. He was never going to do sod all in a fight. Wanted to look hard but is really a coward.

I spotted this head case weaving in and out of traffic behind so I got out of his way. He pulled a few more silly manoeuvres before undertaking **on the hard shoulder**.
