Terrible. Nearly swerved into me on motorway and when I drove past he had what I can only guess as his boyfriend giving him a helping “hand”. Danger to society
Doing a sudden turn in the road down Brookside in Sale without checking to see if there was anyone behind him (there was.... me, who had to break suddenly) on a snowy & icy road. All the while holding his phone having a chat. Oblivious & dangerous.
I would get evidence and get the community to make a complaint to the council. This way the council cannot dismiss the case on account of you not going through the correct channels. You could also approach the driver, but I understand why for whatever reason this may not be possible including on the grounds of personal safety. Some right ignorant people about..if this person insists on being anti-social and waking people up, then they absolutely need the attention they crave in the form of video's posted online and some nice bills coming through their door to remind them how to behave :)
Not competent enough to park between lines in an almost empty car park or inconsiderate of others, which one is it ?
When you get blocked in by a similar driver think back to this stupid.
