This driver, has a seriously aggressive and intimidating attitude to anyone who dare point out when he ignores parking conditions at certain private places he frequents. Threats of violence are issued.
This driver likes to park for long periods of time in private parkings spots without asking for permission, I guess this driver does not care about fines and it did not learn how to behave in a community
Female driver on mobile phone and was asked by an off duty police officer to put it down. The woman smirked at the officer and drove off still on her phone! I hope she doesnt kill anyone and the officer is able to prosecute!
