Nottingham private hire taxi jumps red light (from 43secs traffic lights Meadow Lane / A6011 Radcliffe Road - note the blue taxi that managed to stop)
Video starts at time of first visual of taxi - also after meeting up with said RLJ taxi driver does some concerning manouvers @3.03
And after checking veh regd it shows as no MOT?

Female driver on mobile phone and was asked by an off duty police officer to put it down. The woman smirked at the officer and drove off still on her phone! I hope she doesnt kill anyone and the officer is able to prosecute!
