lady in a silver lexus bumped my car and thought it was ok to wave and carry on driving when i indicated and stopped to check if there was any damage.

Complete idiot. Decided to overtake a parked car despite the fact I was heading straight towards him causing me to do an emergency stop and when I flashed my headlights responded with a V sign
