Vauxhall driver lane-hogging at about 65mph and wouldn't let the Volkswagen pass. I had more than enough space to pass both cars on the inside and move into the second lane ahead of the Vauxhall! Keep left unless overtaking!

Driver overtook is on the wrong side of the road in the dark and wet.
30mph speed limit, overtook us and we were doing 30mph.
Caused oncoming vehicle to have to swerve.
