Driver tried to hit me with his wing mirror as a laugh.

Female driver who cannot handle her vehicle on bends went completely the other side and almost into an oncoming vehicle. There were several other female drivers who weren’t very good at keeping over their side as much as possible. It wasn’t impossible as most drivers I saw kept to their side and two could pass without problem, but you would need to keep your distance from the bends when this driver is going round them.
