Reckless driver is the only definition

Pulls slowly onto motorway, cuts across three lanes forcing all the cars already there over and they had to break, just no idea at all.

Then like 90-100mph undertaking , cutting across all lanes , tailgating bullying people out the way

Totally reckless , the type you see on tv. Think I should send my dashcam footage to police

This guy was doing over 60mph on Newton Road, Parr (its a 30mph road). They also nearly ended up in a head on with a bus after overtaking a car.
