Dangerous driving with care or consideration for other drivers or pedestrians. Purposely positioned in wrong lanes (right turn only) just to overtake. Twice caused me to have to break suddenly and the same for the car in front of me. This in just a five minute journey through town. Presumably he drives like this throughout his journey. Van belongs to Vanguard Properties.

i hope the police were watching North West Tonight 26th Aug. The driver clearly threw McDonalds carton from car while in M60 delays. Prosecution please?
