The driver of this Toyota pulled round me dangerously close in slow moving merging traffic to get ONE CAR AHEAD (after cutting me up almost causing a collision). Well done mate. Then I watched him swerve around trying to overtake other cars in a one lane road (unsuccessfully). When I later passed him he stuck his head out the window and gesticulated at me. Shocking driving. Not sure what company this was for as the van was unmarked but he should be written up for this.
