All other vehicles managed to turn and stay in the leftmost lane, so this driver didn’t need extra space to turn but is obviously a domineering prick on the road who tries to obstruct the progress of other motorists.

This guy was driving very slow and couldn't keep in one lane, he could have been drunk.
