SLOW DOWN. Way over the 20 limit..speeding up an incline..revving the crap out the engine. Not a very good image for a child passenger is it? Assuming the child had a seat-belt seeing as they appeared to be sharing their space with two other people including yourself.

At the left turn of Windy Harbour traffic lights from Great Eccleston towards the M55, a single left turn lane going into a two lane stretch which merges a short way up by the glass works, this prick purposely hogs the fast lane to obstruct other motorists from passing. All other vehicles managed to turn and stay in the leftmost lane, so this driver didn’t need extra space to turn but is obviously a domineering prick on the road who tries to obstruct the progress of other motorists.
