At the left turn of Windy Harbour traffic lights from Great Eccleston towards the M55, a single left turn lane going into a two lane stretch which merges a short way up by the glass works, this prick purposely hogs the fast lane to obstruct other motorists from passing. All other vehicles managed to turn and stay in the leftmost lane, so this driver didn’t need extra space to turn but is obviously a domineering prick on the road who tries to obstruct the progress of other motorists.
Zero observation skills observed on M25... why speed when you also have no depth perception, meaning you have to brake for the car in front of you, because you didn't see the car in the lane next to you, haha!
