Incredibly selfish driver. 23 plate Vauxhall with learner plates, likely to be illegally used by someone with a provisional licence for “practice”, parked on double yellows near a traffic light junction in Chorlton, Manchester, obstructing traffic coming the other way, right opposite the Lux Lounge Shisha Bar.
Disabled badge on the dash as a bonus - almost certainly belonging to some friend or relative, and conveniently used here to avoid the inconvenience of walking a further 50 metres.

Turning right from the left lane on a roundabout and cutting me up. I was in the straight on & right line, MW71 JFY was in the left & straight on lane.
