The driver of this vehicle, a scruffy, foreign loooking male (possibly asylum seeker or immigrant) pubgoer parked his car on a cobbled footpath next to The Three Mariners in Lancaster and went in.
Too lazy to park properly these foreigners and park illegally at their convenience. Saw lots of unsafe parking and driving around Lancaster with foreigners behind the steering wheel.

Driver was seen holding paperwork in 1 hand & his phone in the other on M61 at 60-70mph. Once spotted he gave the finger & sped off.
