By deliberately pressing his breaks and causing the following cars to nearly crash and hit there own vehicles against the sides of each other or central reservation. Please take extra care if you see or are near this dangerous illegal driving. Dash camera evidence from following 3 cars.has been submitted to.relevant authorities and undercover car has video evidence, witnesses and proof. This driver could attempt some thing similar so if you see it be careful. Really really dangerous behavior, stupid and could cause bad accidents. Please do not drive like this
