A black Limo. Apparently wearing a hat while driving a stupid car means you're even more prone to the Mercedes/BMW affliction that is losing all awareness of an indicator. Slid across lanes in front of me, while I was carrying all four members of my young family, and cared not a whit that we'd come very close indeed to a collision. But then he needed to turn left, so I guess that's the most important thing.

On her phone texting when driving. With a car seat in the back. Should have been reported to the police.

Keeps driving up and down the road late at night making as much noise as possible waking up the kids. Something clearly wrong with the car, engine sounds knackered and it looks like it belongs in a scrapyard.
