Stupid boy! Doesn't know what a speed limit is. Drives like a blind pensioner. Spotted him a few times round the shotton/peterlee area. I think I could run faster. Must be a bad driver as all of his alloys are curbed to bits.

If you are in a 30 zone on a clear day with no obstructions people expect you to go 30 NOT 20.
Keep moving otherwise you will cause an accident in the future due to people expecting you to be going a speed when in fact you are not keeping traffic flowing and in fact causing traffic due to your lack of pace
