Saw this wee blue car today on the road he was trying to over take me on the road but I wasn't letting him pass me on the road but when he got passed me he stop in front of me and got out of is car and started to shout at me this driver need to be off the road!

Has crashed his car 4 times not told his insurence company drives the wrong way around roundabouts just to over take people he is a danger to others he is going to end up killing himself or others of he's not taken off then road and he's only just passed his test and has made changes to the car without telling insurence company

Lunatic near caused two crashes today and near wrote off a taxi
