Tailgater, literally within a few feet from my cars backside at times through Milber to Penn Inn roundabout in Newton Abbot, young driver incapable of using a car like an intelligent individual.
Disgusting i was walking down my street and i get something thrown of me then when i look its a water balloon and then the car speeds away wiggling in and out of lanes absoloutley disgraceful
This IDIOT seems to think that because they have a parking permit for the OTHER side of the City, that they can use it & abuse it ANYWHERE they want.
