about one o clock Sunday afternoon, the fifteenth of February.
driving past the angel of the north. young lady with female passenger. while driving behind her. she was switching lanes with no signals. using her mobile phone to text someone. i would have been surprised if she had noticed anyone else on the road.
I am sick to death of people who don't have disabled permits parking on the double yellow lines at the end of my road just so they can pop to Costa! The double lines are there for a reason, so finally reaching my tether I took a photo of the offenders car parked on the lines to report it to the right people and was promptly accosted by the older gentleman sat in the back who yelled at me as I was walking away "what are you doing??" I replied that was I was taking a picture of his car parked on the double yellow lines without a disabled permit - after this we were followed down the road in the car by him as he operated his phone at the same time before he stopped at the end, rolling down his window to take a photo of me, my friend and my friends son (despite my friend asking him not to take photos of her child he continued to do so!) he then waited in the corner of our road continuing to take photos even though he knew he had done something illegal. I'm posting a picture just so if you see this car driving around Bourne End, you avoid it!
not only is this driver lethal on the roads, he's a thief too! Seen on multiple occasions pullin up outside houses and mooching around looking for scrap, if he's told there is none, he comes back after hours and takes it anyway, and anything else he finds....which is theft. The danger in his driving is that his creeping round looking up driveways doesn't leave much time to watch the road or pavements. He's constantly nearly running people over and slowing traffic. If you see this van in Manchester/North anywhere and see anything suspicious, report to the police as they already have markers on him and want him for theft. Yellow transit with no badges, asian driver.
Ignorant old man deliberately pulled in parking space hitting my wing mirror because I was parked on the white line. I had no option but to park like this as the car on my passenger side was over the line as he could see. His reply was I hit your car on the way in and I shall be hitting it on the way out. Luckily he did more damage to his own car.
badly parked near traffic lights, pulls out in front of me and then waves. wigan - about 150 metres from wigan NW train station.
