This man wheel span and undertook me as I was turning right at a very narrow junction, endangering pedestrians as he had gone on to the kerb. Not to mention he tail gated me the entire way up the street and sat at a high rpm in the queue of traffic. Seriously needs to retake his test.

This man has parked in Redhills Lane, blocking the whole street and causing a massive que of traffic.
