Never have see someone so angry and dangerous in my life. he almost hit me at a junction in Bradford while overtaking cars on the main street street at speed on the other side of the road. Then slammed his brakes on almost hitting me and another car. Then his tiny brain thought let's get out of the car in the middle of two lanes and start screaming at everyone. Totally tosser he could of easily killed people. Looked like a Asian man small black beard midd to late 30s. This person need sectioned
