Yes you can as she's blocking access to a private drive. Its also in the highway code that you mustn't block access to someone's drive

I see drivers doing this daily and they really don't understand how elfin' dangerous it is. I am like most drivers who occasionally speed and make a few mistakes but the hashed and double line overtaking is a no no. It does end in disaster.
