Good driver and never breaks the speed limit! I have seen him launch on a private road though! He never takes up disabled bays or two parking spaced though because he is cool af😂.

Fact is the other car was attempting to undertake on a single carriageway - clearly had that driver followed the highway code then the situation wouldn't arise
Driver needs re-training or to re-sit their driving test
Girl found safe and well as of 9pm but car still reported stolen. If found or seen, please notify the police.
“The car is a brown VW Passat, registration number NG11 BMZ. It was last seen heading towards the Chadwell Heath area.
“The man who took the car is described as Asian, aged in his 30s, with short dark hair and a dark beard. He was wearing a dark jacket with white fur lining on the hood and green Nike TN trainers.
“Detectives from Waltham Forest police are leading the investigation.
“Anyone who knows the whereabouts the car, or who has information that may assist police, should call 999 immediately.”
