Just seen this idiot and his friends come back to this vehicle from what seemed to be a shopping trip in York. The car concerned was 'parked' in a 'residents only' designated area and had also blocked 2 other vehicles in! Terrible driving, terrible beard! You'll be reported if this happens again, both for your awful parking, disregard for others and you'll also be reported for having an awful beard!

stuck in traffic? doesnt matter- youre not parked, you've got the engine running, the keys are in the ignition- this is a £200 fine and 6 points offence. If you're so bored in traffic get a motorbike then you wont be stuck and thus wont be interested in checking your facebook status likes.

On the 22nd of May 2019 at approximately 9:35am on Green Lane, Middlesbrough, I was thrown out the passenger side window of this vehicle.
