Clearly can't read and finds it acceptable to park in residents only parking on a private road. Anyone know where he/she lives and we will go and park on their drive - see how they like it.
I know we can get the car moved to the a public highway but it will cost us £100 to do this - very annoying.

This guy drove like a nutter. I was driving at 30 mph in a 30 residential road where there are two schools nearby and kids all about. He couldn't bare to drive behind me at the speed limit so over-took. Must have been doing 50 mph. Nearly cause an accident with oncoming traffic. Ignorant. Even has his business marshkeepergundogs.com advertised on his vehicle.
