White M-B Sprinter pickup belonging to "Vacuum and Crane".
Vehicle has absolute absence of direction indicators - vehicle is just under 3 years old, so they could be fixed under warranty. What I suspect is really needed is driver retraining - simply moving a plastic lever up or down with a single finger by 1/2 inch when appropriate would make lane change intentions so much clearer and help other road users to avoid having to suddenly brake to let this seemingly-swerving vehicle in, instead!

Old lady needs to retire from driving. Leaves supermarket through a NO EXIT sign, Then drives head on into traffic leaving car park and then refuses to drive on even when the green light is on, She looks about 90 and her reg is private to hide from public that its a Motability car
