Driver was on a 50mph speed limit road, slowing down to 10ish mph for the corners you can easily drive at the limit around. When overtaking on a straight drive sped up making it extremely dangerous. Suggest driver retake test/lessons.

Absolute idiot pulling out of a junction without looking, I had to swerve to avoid this pillock. No consideration for other road users, crash waiting to happen to this one
