Driver was on a 50mph speed limit road, slowing down to 10ish mph for the corners you can easily drive at the limit around. When overtaking on a straight drive sped up making it extremely dangerous. Suggest driver retake test/lessons.

Doesn’t seem to remember Mirror, Signal, Manoeuvre and cut me off just outside of Miller and Carter Killingworth, Northbound. 2/6/2018
