Car owner clipped our wing mirror, looked straight at us and drove off. Absolutely appalling behaviour. Does not deserve to be on road and presents a danger to others.

This absolute bellend cut me up in a roundabout. He looked out of control as he was bouncing all the way around the roundabout. Awful!!!!!!
