Terrible driving, intimidating a learner driver, driving right up their arse. Went to overtake on a bad road and had to pull back in, then proceeded to drive too close behind the learner again.

This white BMW parks completely blocking the pavement in Coppice Close, Banbury. Pedestrians have to walk in the road and wheelchairs & pushchairs can not get past. Totally selfish and inconsiderate!
