He is an extremely reckless driver and should surly be based. He speeds past speed cameras the wrong way knowing they will flash in his face as he makes rude gestures for the photo because he knows he can't be caught. I would call him the most lucky person I have ever seen because he is still out there terrorising the streets!!! From a very concerned pedestrian.
