Middle aged bespectacled portly gentleman in 6 year old Mazda 3 Sport 105 in breach of RTA 1988 sects 2 & 3 as amended by RTA 1991.
The gentleman seemed disinclined to discuss why he sped up to a junction where a pedestrian was crossing, narrowly missing them, tooting the horn then scuttling off at high speed.
The incident occured on Sunderland road in Gateshead.

Such a quality driver. Always indicates and in general a very safe driver. Doesn't go too fast and always thinks of others whilst driving. Keep up the good driving.
