Has crashed his car 4 times not told his insurence company drives the wrong way around roundabouts just to over take people he is a danger to others he is going to end up killing himself or others of he's not taken off then road and he's only just passed his test and has made changes to the car without telling insurence company
This man was driving his car and I let some people go past and he beeped his horn at me and he started effing and blinding. This guy should get taken off the road.
