Good driving staying behind the cyclist like that, many don't. Also cyclist should have looked over their shoulder to their left to make sure nobody is crossing the road or under-taking.

Drives like a chimp but acts like it was all my fault. So busy giving weird hand gestures he nearly rear ends the car in front. Sad, strange little man. (And no, nothing happened before this.)
