Impatient, aggressive and dangerous driver. Looking to cross a road. This car approaching at a crawl, with sufficient distance between us and it to allow for crossing. I let my company go first and I followed behind. The car initially did not pick up any speed, so as I reached the centre of the road I turned to look at the driver and waved to thank her for doing so and allowing us to cross. However, at this moment I saw the driver had an aggravated look on their face, the engine noise increased and the vehicle moved towards me faster than before. This caused me to apprehend being struck by the vehicle. I attempted to move to the side in order to avoid this. However, I was still struck by the passenger side wing mirror. The driver did not stop and proceeded into the car park. Driver said "I shouldn't have been in road", even though it was a crossing. Avoid. Proceeded to throw a bifta out the window and wheelspin off.

Girl found safe and well as of 9pm but car still reported stolen. If found or seen, please notify the police.
“The car is a brown VW Passat, registration number NG11 BMZ. It was last seen heading towards the Chadwell Heath area.
“The man who took the car is described as Asian, aged in his 30s, with short dark hair and a dark beard. He was wearing a dark jacket with white fur lining on the hood and green Nike TN trainers.
“Detectives from Waltham Forest police are leading the investigation.
“Anyone who knows the whereabouts the car, or who has information that may assist police, should call 999 immediately.”
