Overtook me in Muirhead when in a 40mph zone - I was at speed limit.
Proceeded on Coupar Angus road at speed limit until they reached the bends where they dithered about slowly in their 3cyl SEAT.
on the straight road they went up to speed limit again, however on entering the 40 zone and subsequent 30 zone at Coupar Angus they didn’t particularly slow down. Big flashing warning sign is an attempt to get asshole drivers like these to kerb their speed, but clearly they don’t work at 5am.
