Also, consider that the driver may have been IAM trained: a corner like that (progressive, NOT sharp) with a dashed line would be perfectly fine to take a central line, if it is clear.
Would be very interesting to see a video of this with a calibrated speedo, just to see if they really were speeding, and whether or not you were also above the speed limit.

This bad driver parked on Rd indicator left and stationary to the left. I indicate go out round and he pulls out into the Rd. Followed him at 2miles an hr for 100 yds where he then turns into a side Rd I need to go into at no speed because the car is too big for him to drive. Havoc on the Rd.

Absolute idiot!! Almost caused a crash when he tried overtaking me whilst a 4x4 was coming the other way on a tight country road! There was inches between me and the other vehicle! He forced himself through me and the 4x4 causing us to both drive extremely close to the grass verge! Douchebag!
