Wasnt able to take a clear photo and i dont know if it was a man or woman driving but the driver had nearly smashed the front of mine and another car when turning left, way too wide when cornering

Hit my car breaking my driver side mirror and smashing his own which fell out onto the road, he drove away

On his mobile, no seatbelt and overtaking people in a crowded rubbish tip. Almost caused a few crashes when leaving because he was in the wrong lane. Someone has wrote "I am a d**k" on the back on his car, they're not wrong.
