Drives like an absolute idiot wanting to get infront of anyone they can, i witnessed them try to overtake many people at a ridiculous speed and then hit another car - luckily no one got hurt

Overtook a cyclist on a corner. A car appeared from the opposite direction so the car pulled in sharply nearly knocking the cyclist off.
Then the car pulled in very close to the kerb in standing traffic so the cyclist couldn't overtake
