This wonderful old chap, pulled out of a side road onto a national speed limit road right in front of my van, then proceeded to drive at 25mph before giving the middle finger a few hundred yards farther on. Clearly a pillar of the community who has grasped maturity & a true ability to follow basic rules of the road with both hands over his many years on Gods earth.
Bravo old chap.

The driver of this vehicle must have left his brain at home today, parked on the junction to turn into a major bus depot in Gateshead and as a result buses don’t have the space to turn into or out of the junction! Highway Code says no parking within 10 metres of junctions for this reason!
