This cab has NO MOT so i guess his insurance is void so why is he still on the road nevermind taking customers into his so called taxi

It's Saturday, wet, busy and there are lots of parked cars and people to negotiate near a shop in a growing village. I'm indicating to go passed the parked cars (which he is not, so he clearly knows what I'm doing) yet this scumbag idiot is still an impatient f*ck! - and to cap it all he's doing it appearing to talk on a handheld mobile phone bloody ignorant arrogant caveman!!! -

This driver in front of traffic lights of ladgate lane fuel station, occupied both lanes partially which wasn’t necessary at all.This isn’t a truck or large vehicle! Occupied 75% right lane and 20% left lane approximately.I couldn’t go into my left lane completely as his vehicle was blocking left lane.After green light, I tried to merge into single lane in a very slow traffic further near roadwork indicating clearly to right, but same driver competitively raced behind my car horned, tailed, followed my vehicle to car park, very angryly, intimidated and threatened pointing finger in a car park of Sports village. Not sure if under influence of alcohol as speech was a bit slurred and appeared flushed. Also used offensive language. The lady passenger stepped out of his car and behaved disorderly shouting and appeared wobbly/unsteady. Witnessed by another local person, who intervened and told them off for inappropriate behaviour. Should I report this to police or DVLA. I suspect drink driving - 27/4! Realized only later that I should have called police.

Ever heard of indicators?
Instead of slamming on to a stop in a 60 zone, maybe use them to alert people behind you, such as myself, that you're wanting to turn. It's people like yourself which cause accidents on that dangerous road - it's a good job I have fast reactions behind the wheel.
I have dashcam footage, and not even an apology from yourself.
