One of the worst drivers at the moment in the durham area, it's a poor old guy called Bernard who can't see far In front of himself, almost ran me off the road more than once... If anyone sees this guy driving about make sure there's plenty of room all around you

Male driver who is happy to blatantly use his phone whilst driving, making calls. Also driving like a numpty swerving into lanes.

Silver Nissan DV59 OEE on 10th May 2016. Driver was driving like an absolute maniac. Did not hesitate or slow down and raced past me on my bike on a single track road, revving his engine hard in the process and very nearly knocked me off. This was in a 30mph zone where I was travelling approximately 20mph (gps watch).
