Parked in child n parent area sat vaping and reading paper....i asked politely if I could have the child space, refused and sat there saying he was picking his mrs n kid up...the space he was in was next to the pick up area so he'd have had to move 2 foot!

The driver of this car chose to use his/her rear foglights, in spite of the fact that it was barely even misty, never mind foggy. His/her inconsideration and ignorance served only to dazzle other drivers and to make it very difficult to tell when they were braking.
It is illegal to use foglights if visibility is greater than 100m.

The rules according to The Highway Code:
226 You MUST use headlights when visibility is seriously reduced, generally when you cannot see for more than 100 metres (328 feet). You may also use front or rear fog lights but you MUST switch them off when visibility improves (see Rule 236)

Sold this car to my wife, 3 days later the back axel fell off.
