Very nearly mowed down a cyclist and then a pony this morning even though they were driving at about 15mph below the speed limit. This driver was either drunk or needs an eye test.

@Mr Whippy listen to the video @ 2m15s and you'll hear the verbal interaction. The cam car never exceeded 57mph as clearly seen at the bottom of the video. Exit speed was 40mph because the lane hog slowed down (for no apparent reason). There was nobody behind the cam car to inconvenience. Although the left lane looks like its marked 'left turn only' it’s also marked for ahead after the first 2 arrows. He really should have checked his mirrors and moved over at 0:36 + I'm quite sure a majority of drivers would find it pretty annoying being stuck behind him for that time. I guarantee no one ever gets annoyed behind me because I either make progress or move over, not fart about in the right lane with traffic behind me.
