Very dangerous driver. Repeatedly driving in the middle of the road. He even did it into the path of an oncoming car and a cyclist as well. Who gave this guy a license??!

Probably because they couldn’t be bothered to park further back in the car park they decided it would be okay to park their non electric vehicle in an electric charging bay.
