I saw this guy on the M40 this morning. Doing 50 in the right lane. Absolutely selfish behaviour. Move over!!!

I saw this year at a shopping outlet in Bicester. Disabled parking no blue badge. The car looks disabled.
They got a ticket notice but it will arrive in the post as it sent from the council.
