I am seeing more and more of this and I really do think something needs to be done in so far as the law getting off its ass and prosecuting these scroats to the max. Every time I go to my supermarket they are riding like this, putting lives at risk, yet the store does nothing. The police do nothing. All the while near my relatives they are going up and down, doing wheelies and on the pavement trying to cause problems for decent people - not the two in this video to my understanding, but the same kind of menacing behaviour. I also ride a bike as well as drive a car..these scroats have no regard for either and they are a danger to the public.

This guy stole my gtr and ran me over, police have been notified and he is currently wanted for questioning. Please report it to the police if you come across this dangerous man!

It looks to me as though the LR driver couldn't be bothered waiting for the silver car to make its turn on the roundabout and so cut into the red car's lane to undertake him, onto the road which then merged.
complete and total abuse of the size of his vehicle - utterly dangerous and irresponsible of the LR driver.
