This driver scraped my car - quite badly - and left without any notice - they were even paged inside at the gym where it happened - and crept out and drove off whilst I stood waiting with the manager. Complete low life. The police will sort it no doubt.

I was doing exactly 40mph here (as per the gps, not the speedo). Ignore the date/time: it was the evening of 04/04/2015. Reg is OE54 OEK.

Guy was on his phone right outside a school waiting to pull out of a junction so I took photos. He never noticed me stood to his right obviously taking a photo, probably because he was busy on his phone. Not to mention his child in the passenger seat. Put your phone down, it can wait.
