Seen parked in disabled bays at Tesco Abingdon on Sunday afternoon, 7th Jan. No blue badge on display.
I guess this persons disability is being a retard for using a disabled bay but being able bodied.
In future you cunt leave disabled bays for people with genuine disabilities and who have the right to park there.

I can't understand why pricks like this are allowed to drive on the roads.
Weaves in and out of motorway traffic tailgating and undertaking.
I'm all for care in the community, but giving escaped mental patients a driving license and a car is a bit much.
