While stationary in the right hand lane approaching a roundabout, this vehicle came along the left hand lane, catching my car with his trailer all along the side, did not stop carried on going causing thousand of pounds of damaged, have reported him to the police for failing to stop after an accident

How hard is it to stop at the correct stop line? You don’t stop in the cycle box and you put your parking brake on when stationary more than momentarily.
