I checked his registration with DVLA. What do you know, no tax and no MOT! Yet he still drives like he wants to cause a collision. How do these people get away with it?

I saw this car parked up on a back lane, on closer inspection I saw two men naked and rogering each other! One of them looked to be Ricky Hirst aka Ricky Chalmers.
