The King of Tailgating.
Arrives behind me in lane 3 at about 90mph. Dramatically hauls on the brakes at the last moment. Proceeds to tailgate me at about 2 feet behind until I'm done clearing traffic in lane 2.
Bolts through once I move over and repeats the process for every driver in lane 3 for the next few miles. When he can't get through he'll make a single, unsignalled swing into lane 1, undertake a car or two then swing back into lane 3 again having saved around 2 seconds on his trip.

Great Eccleston to St Michael’s
Excessive speeding and dangerous overtaking on Great Eccleston bypass into oncoming traffic (saw this in my rear view mirror) then tailgating and dangerously overtaking on bends towards St Michael’s as well as speeding through St Michael’s.
A dangerous pervert who shows no regards for other road users.
